This is a anti-sabatour idea, ever find it annoying when you want to get that Assault Dreadnought, only to have some newbie grab a cruiser, turn it around, go into gate, scrap that ship, than do it again, and again, and again, until your team has no resources.

This idea, is when you remove a ship from storage, the resources from the ship go IMMEDIATLY back to the originating shipyard, no matter where you are. If you spawned using the Mycopia shipyard, and attempt to scrap in Filoth, the resources still go back to Mycopia

This would cause ships to have a "Made in XXXX" Tag.....

After 24 hours, the resources will drop at the shipyard you are at, if you are in a homegate, they drop at the nearest shipyard.
