You read it right.
The frigate class itself is based on support for the fleet.
Isnt it Intel then it would be AA cover or supply.
Just put the Supply ships into the Frigate class.
So instead of the supply ship we would get the supply frigate.

NO they are a supply ship.... So it goes in support class

darn to say my self i more like to take a eng modded whit drones out than a supply there turn speed is to slow to evade incomming fire

just give the M42A a second drive, else the supplies are fine.
they are about the only ships in the game that arent flawed.
leave them alone.
why is it people have to whine about all and everything? this is exactly what brought the game to its current point.

Thats not my point my point is that the role of a frigate class ship is support so why the heck do we have the supply support ships in another class ?

because supply!=support.
supply ships in the navies are that, SUPPLY SHIPS.

class determines things like hitboxes and hitpoints and the types of missions you receive.
so unless you wanna get defend cruiser missions in a brick and repair station missions in a Harrier...

Frigates have a point! (or atleast will)
Played Beta yet?
Without a Shipyard, that's all you will be flying...in the Scenerios there are going to be lots and lots of frigates darting about for the first bits til one is built...
So, there...Frigates have a purpose and don't need a new one.
