Was engineering a planet when i noticed my hull gradually going down. Figured it was a cloaked ship firing at me, but couldnt see any beams or torps, in fact couldnt see a thing until it decloaked.
I took a pretty good movie of the whole thing, but haven't got image hosting so I'll have to email to support, if u want them?

Or use a program (i.e. videomach) to convert the image sequences into a .xvid.

That's a result of the out of sync everyone gets. The guy shooting you can see and damage you, but you can't see him nor anything he's firing at you...all you see is your armor and hull start dropping.
I'm guessing it's the same for your enemy if you see them out of sync (IE no armor, just hull and sitting there motionless) and you fire on them and damage them. They can't see you.
