5! less the slower JDs.
I hated the old jump drive speeds as it took so long to get across some systems that by time you got to the system you wanted the battle would be over(not to say you just spent a good 15 mins of you life just looking at a black screen with some funky colors on it.)

OKAY! Let me clear something up on the JD Drives.
What I meant was how long the charge time takes to become functional, not the speed of the JD onces its initiated.
Now that thats cleared up..continue proving that a slower gameplay is needed
