well its a simple idea, basicly some types of ships have a option to fire out a small boiy thing that sets off a scanner signal that directs 1 off the waves of defense missles from a planet, in essence a decoy for planets missles, however these could be limited to maybe 3 a ship with a reload of 15 seconds? and die when the first lot of missles hit it.
