Why an AM mine?

A True cloak would be nice, but the previous poster has a point, the Humans would just huddle around planets and nothing would happen. Instead of ECCM, maybe a special, expensive device that would detect cloak ships via gravity while eating your energy for dinner.

an am mine so when its running away it has some thing to hurt its enemy (if iits running away...)
i think a 3.0 or more per fighter reload launch should be in effect
i.e. the carrier launches 5 fighters the sig goes from 0 to 15
