i had to slow them down last week one morning by rotating barracks they knew it was all over eheh
i knew there frontlines were 4 systems away so ladingon both planets means they have little or no troops

any dismantling of ICC structures will result in hostile action from other ICC fleets. it is paramount to sabotage and will not be tolerated.

I think that violates RoC. You aren't allowed to shoot at other people on your faction.
But. Sabotage also violates the RoC. /report them.

There is now 24 hours to the plan will go into efect
BIS counsel will at that time take the dession up to review.
to prevent the action following parameters should be realized:
- at least one of the center systems should be retaken by ICC fleet actions
- more permanet showing of fleet ships outside their space dock in cd

The tactical dismantling of colonies have been postponed for 1 week due to negotiations and the weapons test that went wrong in epsilon Ind.

And remember, we now have access to the brand new Class of Extractors, that have been under developpment in the last 6 moths on our Research labs at Exathra. Meaning, we now can carry 10 Elite Infantry to any desirable location.
Bad news is, we got reports from our squad of stealth scouts stationed near Sirius that the kluth also developped a similar tech to lifesupport they Kluth troops.
There has been no reports whatsoever on UGTO being using this type of carrier, but news are expected soon.
Newsflash continues with the crash of Vice Admiral TAXI in Jocasta, there was the suspect of saboteur activity on his vessel before the crashing.

I realize the great defense that BIS has been conducting as of late, and I realize how old and reverred a player Ragglock is. However, if anyone thinks they are going to rouse the masses by threats, they are gravely wrong. Ragglock, don't tell us that it is to enhance our defense. You know as well as anyone that such an action would only give the enemy a lighter resistence to CD, and a closer spawn and supply point. BIS may be a veteran fleet, and your arrival is welcome, but a week of excellent defense doesn't qualify you for any right to make such statements. We have been defending ICC space for months now... defense is a major part of life here. I don't know how it is at in the Swarm, but here, several days of defending CD, Cyg, Ross, etc is regular. The reason EU BIS probably hasn't been getting a lot of help defending is because most people have been busy all day in NA. Just a few days ago, a group of people from various fleets all arrived to stem an invasion of CD...went remarkebly well... I don't remember seeing BIS there, just as you probably don't see us with your defense. We are grateful for it, but don't go thinking it grants such power.
And for the record, the ICC Tactical Division isnt an office, it is a joint-fleet committee . We just haven't held an official meeting in some time.
