BIS have decided that with the resent lack of Icc ships in mv
BIS engineering division will start to dismantle all Icc colonies’ from Cygnus system and out in the timeframe of the next 48 hours.
this step will enhance the Icc defense to just a few systems to suite the amount of available ships for advancement and defense actions in the known Metaverse.
any counter proposals should be delivered to BIS strategy office in CD 36*15693 system.

Since when did BIS Take Total Control over ICC?Cause i only see 6 BIS planets in the entire ICC systems that belongs to BIS......So do you have the consolt of the other ICC Fleets?

When did anyone ever help Ragglock against all the Kluth? he can only do so much for a certain ammount of time by his self..
to goto the point, he is prolly the reason kluth havent capped Ind, Ross and Cyg in the past 2 days...
