It's not a matter of "please?".
You need to demonstrate that you're good in writing LUA, and willing to spend some time on writing DS scripts (especially missions) first.

Catt: Read the LUA manual and try some simple stuff first if you're serious about scripting that language.. write a few scripts and present them to the staff.
Anyway, if you still want to know how to spawn vessels, i can teach you some basic stuff.

I would like to learn how to make AL in my servers but i'm restred with my time as i work nights. But PLEASE PLEASE i REALY REALY want to learn how to script. i was wanting to make this post in the topic about AL in servers but it was locked.
