Hi,
i hope this is the right forum.
The game crashes ever!
I tested several drivers /DX but it allows me only to play for some minutes, then it freezes.
My system
Athlon 1400
Epox 8k7a+ (AMD 761 Northbridge, Via 686 Southbridge)
SB Live player 1024
Hercules 4500 (Kyro II)
256 MB DDR Ram
It crashes at every server, including my own server.
Who can help me?

tried it today ?
yesterday there has been a bad patch that crashed the client for everyone on starting.
this is corrected.

ok, here are the standard things to try:
* install DX 8.0a
do NOT install Dx 8.1 beta if you get it.
it won't be officially relased before OCT/NOV.
* install latest release driver for VC
* try to install the lastest VIA 4-in-1
* try to install latest drivers for your sound card
* if you have AGP 4x try to set it down to AGP 2x. Or 1x if it doesn't help
* try to reduce the hardware accelaration thing a bit.
* if possible - toy with agp-texture size.
(in general 128 is good )
that's a bios setting
* if possible =there) DISABLE agp fast writes
that's also a bios setting
that's all, if that doesn't help, I'm out of ideas
