Section 3.1.5b was added to address the ongoing abuse in the forums of post spam, including Signature tests.

Sig tests can be accomplished by viewing your Profile. If you want to show them off, then post normally; everyone will see it the next time you post.

From this point forward, all "sig tests" posted in public forums managed by the Palestar staff will be deleted when posted, and the abuser will be warned. Players may feel free to post sig tests in their own fleet forums, with their fleet admins' permission.
