I have some very cool code implemented, that is going to change alot about the information displayed on the website concerning the metaverse....

Servers now send ALOT more information about the star systems to be displayed on the website, the new information includes the planets position, what it is orbiting, population, structures, and it's current flags (i.e. worker strike, star port, etc...)... the "Resources" item has been dropped, as it doesn't mean much anymore.

This means, not only can we display a map of the stars in the metaverse, we can now even show the planet positions and their orbit paths as well. The additional information, for the flags, will let you list your planets that are having issues (i.e. invaders, strikes), and even let us hook into to all this some type of notification system so you can be alerted by email when something happens.

I dont think this is a good idea. Its already a pain in the but to try a ``sneak attack`` and now this new stuff will just throw that option out the window.

Dont think I like it...Too much information without having to actually be there is a BAD BAD thing.

Maybe it should only display stuff on your factions systems. So if your UGTO you can't see who is in what enemy system. Without maybe ships in there first. Would make scouts and other smaller ships more useful since they are fast and can get in a out of enemy systems quickly to be able to tell how many poeple are in a system.

I'm with Reason here... I think if anything we should have less info...

I want covert bombing, not bomb one planet and get jumpped by a drainer who wouldn't have known you were there if there was no server count... but hey, who needs the gold bomber badge anyways

I'm sure there's a way we can make it strategic, without giving away free information to everyone...

Just keep your minds open, and post some constructive ideas for it.. I'm sure we can make it into something great.
