I've implemented a $20.00 USD charge when a charge back occurs now against the account. This had to be done, since I think some german players were taking advantage of the ELV-SSL payment method and how easy it is to charge back to the merchant. Sadly, when they do this, bibit charges us a very hefty fee for any charge backs.
