We have removed all bans on the romainian IP subnets, however any romainian using a stolen credit card to subscribe will find their account deleted immediately unless they use the paybycash option.

If fraud continues to be rapant from our romainian players, we may reconsider this policy and go back to banning all subnets from Romainia.
