well the pic of the ICC armor looks ok, but I think the ICC army is either a bunch of people with exceptionally well developed neck musculature or there is gonna be a lot of massaging and groaning going on at the end of the day. That pack sits way too high, the weight would have to be carried by the soldiers neck, and believe me, if you carry things with your neck you're gonna be aching for days afterward.
