Oh, also.. as long as the game starts early in the week, I'm in for round 3. If it starts after that, I might not have enough time to see the game through (well, assuming I don't get killed off immediately). Its not pansiness, just not much time and upcoming travel.

- This is DarkSpace. It's best for the latest topics thread to be filled with a bunch of rants relating to the game and compensation requests. No need for this Mafia Mumbo Jumbo. It might be more convenient to create a forum for it here, but I'd find it to be weird.
That's just me, though.

I don't think it will be hard to find new players. We still plan on making the new gam announcements on DS site. People will be able to see when new games are going to start. Also a lot of chatter of it in /send f , /send c, and the lobby. If people don't join it wont because they didn't know about it.

I like the idea of having a separate forum to play this game, but I don't want to do it at the cost of losing players - especially someone who volunteered to moderate one of the games. If nothing can be done for it (finding the "offending material, turning off the child protection stuff), then I'd like to keep playing DS Mafia here.
Ask Shig or someone if we can get a sub-forum or something. Our own topic. To make moderating easier. Or something like that.

Well, it was said this entire shift was to make it easier on the DarkSpace forum database... Which leads to wonder, is the website hosted on the same server as the metaverse? IE would strain on the website generate strain on the game?

@ Deltaflyer, few questions:
1. What Operating System are you running on? XP, Vista, win 98?
2. Do you know what type of filtering system is being used?
3. Can you have an exception added for the site www.coopes.us/forums/ ?
The forums are clean, and I will make coopes.us is fine too. My only worry is once it marked as a bad site without adding an exception there is no way to clear it as being ok.
Also can you add www.coopes.us/forums/ as a trusted site on internet expolorer?
