I can't connect to the main server, at the Dark Space screen an error message keeps appearing telling me to check my internet connection but i have full internet connection and i can't figure out what to do

Check your firewall and make sure DarkSpace has an exemption.
Also, what OS and anti-virus so you have?

It didn't work, I gave dark space full access but i am still getting the same error message what's an OS?

Close GameCQ (top left hand corner, GameCQ > Exit), restart it and try again.
This is usually down to an invalid session.
