My GCQL will not launch |

everytime i click on my GCQL shortcut it wont launch. i tried dowloading a new updated client but that didnt work because it said it failed to copy some file. now i cant log on to the GCQL any help plz
i unistalled my program and was going to download another but now it says it cant copy File
C:\GameCQ\ijl15.dll help plz

Just to get this straight... You downloaded a new DS client from one of our sites in the download link?
You need to uninstall DS completely and reinstall it.
It would also help to delete DS from any registry files that you have if you know how. If not just uninstall and reinstall fresh.
Here is a link to an updated DS client.
So
1.) uninstall all that you have right now
2.) delete from registry if you know how
3.) download http://www.darkspace.net/index.htm?module=files.php&download_id=416
4.) go through the update process
5.) launch the game.
If you have already followed these steps let us know and we can go from there.

I Uninstalled DS but there are a few things still left in the Folder
there all "Application Extension" with a .dll at the end
and the GCQL client itself dosent uninstall
so i download the link you gave me and the folders that werent removed from the uninstall program gave me a notice saying it couldnt write those programs and so i click try again and same outcome so i moved on and said ignore and dowloaded the rest and the game was back and i clicked on the shortcut the Admin notice pops saying "allow this program to make changes to computer" or whatever i say yes like always and the loading symbol on the cursor goes then after few seconds nothing. no client pops up not nothing

you said delete your registry?? how do i do that

use search type in darkspace palestar and delete everythang that shows up thats how i delete it all

i did this but it says it cant delete some things because the programs are open in the GCQL Application and i dont have GCQL open or any of the programs open and i still cant delete it if i click try again same outcome and im so confused.. any different theories

To uninstall DS efficiently, download and install any 3rd Uninstaller, Revo Uninstaller 1.94 is highly recommended. It will automatically find the registries and files left when you select Advance mode.

I used the uninstaller but it still left some programs
that are "Application Extension's" as well as the GCQL application it self will not uninstall i try to straight up delete it but it says the file is open in the GCQL program yet i dont any of the programs open so i downloaded the updated installer 4 times and on the 4 time i tried to put it into a different folder this time it copied the programs that it couldnt before so i thought okay great. but when i click on the shortcut it gave me the notice saying allowing this program to make changes to PC i click yes like always and it says loading and then nothing........ no program no nothing

Uninstall, reboot your machine, then attempt to reinstall.
