Might teach you to take a few deep breaths before going crazy in your system folders.
You might be looking at having to reinstall everything, but seeing you are using the internet at the moment my guess is that you have only stuffed up something minor.
Hmm ok well u might want to go into your registry and completely remove everything that points to DS related stuff, umm hang on that might not be a good idea depending on just how much you know about the registry.
Look if you have tried to reinstall DS and you are still having problems my guess is that you really need to completely remove all traces of DS before trying to reinstall it again.
Also make sure all your drivers etc are up to date.
I know this probably hasnt helped at all but with the very limited amount of info you have given it is hard to guide you in the right direction.
