How does beta testing work? |

I logged on to beta today and saw my rank was -95% from ensign. 2 questions there, is that meant to keep you from ranking in beta? and how are u suppose to test out the ships if you start out as a midshipman ,by reranking in beta?

Near the left of the webstie you'll see "Development Log" and "Beta Servers" right below that you'll see "Update beta Profile" which will copy your existing rank etc to the your Beta server account.
