Im currently testing the new layouts on all factions and will post my findings here, but my topic today is the K'luth "Shroud missles".
Their description states that they use the K'luth's unique cloaking tech, but while i fired the missles ( blank fired, and fired at diffrent targets) the missles were clearly in view, didnt looked cloaked or anything, so i tried aganst a enemy AI battlecruiser
Missles flew in and one was shot down by PD, the rest flew around and impacted the cruiser without getting hit by PD, so my Question is " Was the Shroud missle intended to "blink" meaning they appear to the enemy, then they cloak, the appear again, to appear to blink?"

they're not cloaked they just have a really low signature

the luth dread / station-missles doesnt have an aoe in beta
tried to detonate them manually, but ships nearby (<20gu) doesnt recieve any damage

They're supposed to have a "high negative signature", but I observed that they were being shot down regularly.

Me and Defiance were in beta today having a stat war, me in a LS with 20% def, 10% weap dmg, and 10% beam dmg, and Defiance was in an unmodded kluth stat (i forget which but it had shroud missles).
Sometimes without my ECCM, the shroud missles would very briefly appear before impacting, but it was so close i would only shoot down 1 if that. With my ECCM on, they appeared more frequently before impact, however sometimes they would appear 80 gu away or as far as 250 gu; it occured very randomly. Even with pulse shield he was raking me with shroud missle fire.
I had him at hull early with my ICs, and every time i point jumped him he would jump to about 1100-1200, so i struck with ICs. Even so i wasn't able to get him below 50% before he also had me to 60%, and i had been hitting hull for at least 2 mins, but once my armor and shield was down ( my shield was dropping 15-20% with every volley that got through, with unmodded shroud missles) my hull started dropping drastically.
Had the fight gone on, he probably would have won. In conclusion, shroud missles need to b toned down a bit. Sorry for the wall of text.

Yes, I heard once that shroud missiles are supposed to be getting toned down?
