Complete revised the serialization system of Medusa and DarkSpace. The new serialization system is more robust and tighter when it comes to serialization of objects through the network connection (in other words, less data to send from the server to the client).

Taken from the dev log, Thats supposed to make me feel better but it doesnt, in beta everyone saw me lagging but i wasnt lagging, i dont know if that makes sense or not but its true, i saw myself completely normal, and i saw everyone jumping around like crazy saying its me lagging and well thats not the case, i tested the theory it was fighters and missles lagging out the beta MV it wasnt, i had binks try to bomb a cluster, Virtually no lag but whats to say a whole fleet in the MV wont lag up the server like it happened in the release MV? 16 ICC vs. 5 UGTO plus 2 planets lobbing fighters at you.

Forgive me if im skeptical but this is like a blind man asking a for a miracle to see, its simply not gonna happen im sorry thats the way i feel at this moment.

Fix the lag ISSUES first then deal with the ship issues and then deal with whats left, THE LAG comes first above all else just fix it please

i have seen lag in beta but only in situations where you can expect some minor lagg.

But people, people. may i say this. lagg is somthing you can never take out of the picture when you are talking about connections on the internet.
the internet is a to large network to garuentie flawless operation for a medium that is not even designed for this kind of work.
ok tc/ip is capable of constant streems of synchronisation but it was never disigned for it.

im even graithfull that online games exist.
but then again not many people are like me these days.

We'll never know until 1.484 goes live. The beta server cannot emulate the MV, so we'll never know until it goes live. At which point, we'll see the full effect of the new serialization of the code. Remember that the beta server is significantly less powerful than the combined power of the MV machines.

lag in Beta is rare, but that is due to inactivity and it being a lot smaller than the MV. but lag is nonexistent. which is good.
