For unknown reason ICC defence bases not shooting at enemy ships within some hundred gu range (no gun or torpedo fire) ...

so You can sit at orbit of planet with l3 ICC defence and fear nothing

Kluth defence bases reacting correctly ...

please take look into this ...

thx

ICC only have Pulse beams in their def bases, the missiles can't shoot at a distance and the pulse beams are PD only weapons, but fire faster than the CL's and Disruptors the other two factions have.

technically if u have planet with 3-4 L3 ICC bases and 2-3 L3 fighter bases then any ship beyond destroyer can sit at orbit and laugh at You because it will destroy fighters with PD and that's all ...

This is just my 2 cents in the matter but have you seen what an ICC planet with at least four fighter bases do to your ship? I was bombing Cya and it has like 15 ICC def and I only died once but the fact is I never came back to port more than 65% hull. So in short the 90% the def was Defense Base 3s but the other 10% was ICC fighter bases the fighters hurt!!!
