You need to step down as mod if you're not restarting the servers on purpose to hurt us.

i'm sorry, i hadn't realized. next time the metaserver has an aneurysm and piddles on the carpet i wont bother bringing it back up again. that way you dont have to worry about whether or not it's playable and i can go do something other than logging in every single day to make sure the game servers are running.

Is it realy such an effort for you? Maybe its time someone else did it that actually enjoys and apreciates the game. At least we may get a response that realises the frustrations of the players.

Considering Doran is the only one who's been keeping this place alive for the past few months, I think you aught to slow it down there pal.

Sounds like a personal problem. He could promote me today, and I'd watch over the servers.

Thank you Crim for saving me the time to repost that. If this job is too hard for Doran, than why not promote people like *Flash*, Sheng, Antoni, BLADERUNNER, myself, and mouses to look over the servers?

There is a reason why Direct server access or monitoring access is hardly given out. Heck, not even all Administrators where given direct access.
Not trying to sound to harsh, but for the most part we can only see Statistics (cpu, memory, entities, ) and depending on what access you got, you may have a 'restart' button.

But the reason Direct access isn't given out is because this means you can just literally Copy, Paste All resources that PaleStar has. not just restart a server.
OK you might think; so all we need is more administrators who can press that 'restart' button? Well with the same permission you could just edit Player Statistics. So only Trusted people get this.
Might i add that all staff are volunteers, so REALLY go give doran a HUG. He has kept watch over DarkSpace for atleast the last two years.
He could have just dropped a post in the staff forum and left. FYI.

That's understandable, but when have I ever said anything negative about this game itself. I am undoubtedly upset at my treatment over the past few days by some of the mods.
