I for one don't like Core Weapons being tied to Alpha, haven't even had the chance to test out whether its still true in beta, but a thought occured to me.

An Alpha Strike flag... similar to when you are hotkeying devices to a number, also make it so that if you press the spacebar when right clicked on a device, it will activate or deactivate the hotflag... so if you want to alpha with just your cannons and core weapon, and not torps.. it'll let you, and you can still cycle fire with the numbered hotkeys as well... thoughts?

It sounds like a prefferable idea to the massive friendly fire that occurs with tying Core weapons to Alpha....i like it (despite the fact im only an Admiral)

Nah...

Coreweapons are being removed from dreads, and I keep telling Tael/Faustus to bind the super weapons on the stations to B, since none of them have bombs.

I gotta say, I've got mixed feelings about losing core weaps on dreads...

B sounds good... or what about C, is that used for anything? Can't think offhand...
