Beacons should disable the kluths cloak untill the beacon falls off.

The time a beacon lasts should be randomized between 30 - 90 seconds.

so what exactly the point if you beacon someone they can be seen right

so now disable cloake, there is no point to this.

Right now, the kluth dont know if they've been beaconed or not. Decloaking them when they've been hit with one, lets them know.

It could just last perminantly and add say, 5-10 seconds to a ship decloaking + cloaking.
