try this one on for size
split the current 'need resupply' into a 'i need repairs' (holes in the hull) and a 'i need ammo/fuel reload'
could be helpful for suplies when they're dealing with a fleet, knowing that a ead just needs its torp loads topped off rather than major repairs

was thinking something along the lines of shift-a for ammo, leave shift-h for repair, keep ctrl-h for attacked
or maybe put it on alt-h (dont think theres anything on that one) and keep all the distresses on H-something
