I was just thinking it would be cool to have a customized message sent as someones room announce. Of course anything with dirty words in it would not be accepted.

Why?
Sounds like another way to Spam. Which we all Dislike very much...
Or are you asking about invations to your room?
Make a room and send out personal invations for people to join, is that what you mean?

Automatically sent "join my clan / visit my site" advertising on every room join ? Erm no...
Such a feature would lead to more players using the room announce feature, which means lots of spam.
