It's hell breaking through our ICC Dbases with full size cloud bombs from 3 MIRV bays. I Shudder to think how many Bomber vessels it would take without. Maybe they should lose some defensive firepower?

I'm concerned that bombing as an activity is being completely tubed... tho... ICC Dbases would be nearly impossible to break, let alone with shields.

Just saying. It's either that or ICC Dbases need to drain power faster.

Its not too hard to bomb through a ICC deathstart with 150% shields only with a command dread (2 bays)

A bomber cruiser with a supply can easily kill an ICC Defense Deathstar. Even with only 1 full armor, the single missile the defense bases fire make it easy.

it also depends on

A how well placed the bases are.

B: what side you bomb from

C: how you disperce your bombs to different targets

as for the upbombing bomber fighters they would just add some bombs to the lineup .. mostly they will be firing beam fodders
