Regarding the recent AI spawn... |

Recently during a system fight a fleet of AI ships was spawned that may have inadvertantly swayed the natural course of the engagement and lessened the fun for the already out matched team.
I have received and read emails from several people regarding the incident and the staff member involved. We do recognize that several players were unhappy with the issue and appologize.
First let me state that we do have rules regarding spawning of the AI ships. And in this instance, they should either have not been spawned or in far fewer numbers so as to not overly influence the game action.
The staff is also human, and we know that even the best of us make lapses in judgement at times.
I have reminded the staff about the rules regarding AI's and running scripts. So hopefully we can avoid simular lapses in the future.
