An officer is a member of an armed force or uniformed service who holds a position of authority. Commissioned officers derive authority directly from a sovereign power and, as such, hold a commission charging them with the duties and responsibilities of a specific office or position. Commissioned officers are typically the only persons, in a military environment, able to act as the commanding officer (according to the most technical definition of the word) of a military unit.A superior officer is an officer with a higher rank than another officer, who is a subordinate officer relative to the superior.
Ladies and Gentlemen, there has always been a leader of some sort as said above in the armed forces. In the Confederate navy we are those officers, leaders and whateber else is needed at the time. Well to make it short, the army, navy, air force is all that stands to hold any enemy back. Here in the ICC, its the Navy. Welcome aboard, Ladies and Gentlemen.
Im recruiting anyone and everyone, so if any one want to join feel free to message me or any of my staff. I currenly need 2 Flag officers, anyone at or above 1st Rear Admiral will do till we get bigger.

I hope your fleet survives, and as defiance said Activity activity activityI see your fleet striving in success, but that will only happen if you play, Now i don't see you on that much, but it may be because i live in a differnt time zone than you. So, the moral of the story is "Activity" And try not to be as profesional, Im not saying dont be, but to tone it down just a tad bit, If people see you in game more and like your playing style they will most likely join.
