Browncoats or =BC=, is an ICC fleet, dedicated to players who are here to have a good time, and meet new people. There are a few requirements to get in, but nothing drastic.
1) Be kind, courteous, and friendly to other players, even of the other factions. No one likes "donkeys," if you get my gist.
2) Log in at least every month to let us know you're alive. Being active isn't all too important, because real life (oh my!) is more important than darkspace.
3) Never end lists on an even number.
Just FYI, we will always be ICC, but the name of the fleet is negotiable.
