we have a slight problem with too many pirates in ross 348 and i am formally declaring it open season on pirates. of course for the duration of the emergency ross 348 is a co-op zone for all factions, please respect this as there are plenty of pirates to go around. also you are welcome to cap any planets that have pirates on them. the all-faction invitation will be in effect until all pirate planets have been cleared or january 31 2014 whichever comes 1st.......
