there would also be goo to implement something that would allow inter-fleet communication without alerting entire ds community

there is also /send fleet [@fleet id | fleet name]
that works too
but faction specific channel would be nice

Faction wide forum posts seem to be broken, I remember Defiance was trying to send stuff to ICC but nobody was getting them.

For during fleet communications you can set up a chatroom that you can connect to from in game (you can password it and still connect form in game). We used to do this all the time.

ive heard alot of people suggest this, but really, if you asked just how many people would actually join this room?
what if i wanted to stay in ds english and stil be able to talk to the whole faction
say..
/send [ugto | icc | kluth] [message] of course it would only aply to fleets, and/or if your ingame and apart of tht faction
