Congrats as biggest fleet in prestige
As for the PB fleet, we will not go on a reqruitment frenzy as u say, its invite only and if the rigth player comes along, then yes we reqruit.

PB doesn't remove its members for inactivity. They're still PB and will remain PB if and when they return to DS one day. We have 23 long-time members that have been reduced to Cadet and 0 pres for inactivity.
If they should return, well....
