I am posting this on behalf of all ICC. We are all sick ad tired of running from battles and being called n00bs because the odds are 9 enemies against 2 defenders. I make this post for one purpose and one purpose alone....
To Unite The ICC
I come before all of Darkspace to ask for every last one of you willing to fly under one banner of freedom in order to fight back against the UGTO and K'luth. This banner i request is [Inner]. We have most of the last active ICC units and yet we are able to control a good sturdy Empire to build upon. Those of you who are the last active members in your fleet waiting for the others to return, I have this to say. Waiting a week or two wont change our status in the MV, we need to strike harder and faster than what we are doing now.
I send this messege to all the struggling ICC fleets out there, join your fleet into The Inner Circle and we will have major success. If not...We will have a constant red alert on our Homsystem everynight and only be able to hold up the badge of defeat. I dont know about you guys, but im not ready for that...A final note to end on. Sign here if you wish to create an active ICC fleet to show the UGTO and K'luth whos boss....

All with good intentions but all lacking proper athority..
Its not going to work, u can try and try and try, you cant do it, its just too hard to get everyone on the same faction together.

Seriously. That's one feature we DEFINATELY need. And perhaps only for people with high Influence/Command, to keep spam to a minimum.

I am UGTO and am also SCC and I am in admiration of all of you brave souls. I think it would be wonderful for you all to unite because the greater the challenge the more I learn. So stand together and put up your dukes ICC

Odd how every reply to this clearly ICC post with the exception of Jackswift and myself (both S.W) has come from Imperial UGTO scum. Stay out of our affairs you facists, we are independant of your iron thumb.
