The Kell Hounds are looking for players interested in joining the fleet. All you have to do is meet a few criteria;
1)You must have 160 Prestige (1st Lieutenant).
2)You must have a Bronze Star.
3)Finally you must have read and agreed to the DarkSpace Rules of Conduct
Once you these requirements are met, just go to the Kell Hounds clan home through the Game CQ Lobby Browser (you can't join using a normal broswer) and click the Join Clan link in the upper right corner. Your name will appear on a red background on our member list, indicating you are a recruit pending approval by Fleet Admin.

isn't the reading and complying to the RoC a criteria of the playing tha game as a whole? don't people have to stick to it otherwise they'd get banned? or atleast told off...hehe...just a thought.

Tarkin, what he means is that the members of the fleet must be well-behaved and have a respect for the rules you agree to. It's no secret that many people have little to no regard for rules, especially pertaining to swearing.
