For too long, the ICC has been divided. For too long, the ICC has suffered from the lack of a distinct chain of command...
Today, marks the formation of a new ICC Fleet. This ICC Fleet will combine the elements of the other ICC Fleets, to form a large fleet that can match the size of Pitch Black or Evil Empire Inc....
OOC (Out of Character):
Quite a few ICC has been curious on weither there will be a ICC Superfleet created to match [PB] and [Evil].
The ICC Has suffered from communication problems, as it is hard to send messages to 50 small fleets. However, merge those 50 small fleets together, and you will have one, large, fleet.
This may be exactly what the ICC Needs...
PS: Requirements so far.
1: You must be subscribed, UNLESS you are proceeding with a function that the SLDF Needs.
2: It is recommended that you are Metaverse-active.
3: We are not a elitist fleet, and if you can only log on occasionally, that is all right. However, this fleet is to also encourage the ICC to shift from the Fleet Admiral Server to the Metaverse server.

i will gladly be part of this so long as my current fleet is also taking part. we do need better organization, and an icc super fleet could quite easily hand PB their behinds.
