The Shattered Star Confederation is on it's eternal quest to recruit new members to join its widespread gaming community.
The SSC has been running for a few years in various games and our Ideals and beliefs form the core of our community.
The Ideals came about when The SSC's First Light was shed in Total Annihilation, on TEN (Total Entertainment Network) and has since spread to many and various games.
We formed a division in DarkSpace in the fall of 2002 and have been going since then. Anyone who is willing to abide by our Ideals and traditions is welcome to join. We don't have internal ranks or leaders, and some people see our attitude to the game as rather lax, but this comes as a part of the way SSC runs. No one expects you to play everyday or take part in operations within the MV. After all, real-life comes first. Even unsubscribed players are welcome to join.
As a fleet we are currently UGTO within the Metaverse servers and will probably stay so for the foreseeable future, although any changes would be decided by the members of SSC rather than any abitrary decision of a leader, after all, we don't have any!
