I think besides the diplomatic forums there should be a council of all clans that are active in DarkSpace and that interact with other clans. this could prevent senseless wars and the loss of innocent life ( i am roleplaying right now ).
Futhermore i think, should all Clans belonging to one faction be somehow in contact. the ICC clans and the UGTO clans.
this would add some realism, and it would finaly make some sense to why the clans had to choose a faction for themselves.

like all clans in war, we got diplomats like [GER]Samweis representing our foreign policy. contracts, declarations and agreements are only accepted by diplomats or their deputies.
ATM im not very happy about the idea of a clancouncil, because we got more than 100 clans - most of em are fakes !
(we can talk about that after release again....)

Maybe the 5 biggest Clans ( by count of members )
