Okay i just had a convo with my clanmate about Storm rounding up all the ICC to declare war on me however you cant declare on one person its not possible if anyones gonna declare on anybody its gonna be S.W Declaring war on Storm! to bad barthezzz your way isnt gonna happen so bring it on punk

Well prhaps someday there will be an option to declare war on a single player.
If not then it will be whatever fleet you are in

If storm ever had the guts to challenge SW when the Diplomacy finally comes out go ahead...
You will find that we are a fleet not to be messed with, we may not have the MV pressence we once had in numbers of planets, o yeah we had about 60 at one point, beware anyways we have long memoryies, and anyfleet whos been icc for a month and a half want to declare war on us go head we will kill u then our friends will.
And until the point one of our members breaks RoC while wearing SW tag ,we will protect th em to the fullest.

Well thats okay, i was planning on starting a player controled faction anyway when the Alliance system comes out
And this will allow the Faction Council to keep people they dont like out 
And of course it would be an allaince of fleets of diffrent factions, our war fleets would be based on perfect combos
