Fleet Registration
The requirments for creating a Fleet within Dark Space are,
1. Creator/Fleet Admin of a Fleet must be a subscriber
2. Minimum of 2 players needed after the first 7 days of creation
3. No inactive alternate accounts will be allowed to keep Fleet active
4. To join a fleet subscription is not needed
5. Fleet Names, Tags and mottos are not to contain any profanity, derogatory comments, etc.
6. Fleet Tags should be no longer than 6 characters and not contain special characters such as < or > or any others. The exception is the single set of bracket characters such as - or =. This could also be revoked if problems arise.

This means no accts allowed that are made just to meet the minimum.
Its ok if a 2 person fleet has one active acct and one non active but if the non active acct belongs to the same person then the fleet will be removed.

My question is: How come when you promote somebody on your fleet there is not protection for the Fleet creator against being demoted by the person he just promoted.
I have noticed a lot of people being kick out of their on fleet my a person they promoted. I dont think is right. Just my opinion.

The "Cant Kick the Founder" thingie was suggested a few times already.
It never actually came trough though.

For James - currently, there are but two levels of membership in a clan. You can be a regular member.
You can be an admin.
There is no distinction in power or protection between a founder and an admin, because the fact that you're a founder isn't tracked.
My only advice is - don't promote anyone you don't trust not to demote you.

Agreed. I would be worried about any fleet which promotes someone to admin without trusting/knowing them well first.
