Hello,
after having done a bit of faction jumping lately, and now being stuck with ICC again (just because of the dessie fun factor mostly), i feel the need to join a fleet for a prolonged period of time.
I want to join a fleet that
1) is MV Active (really is, not just saying so in the motto)
2) is populated with ACTIVE skilled pilots to work together with effectively in the MV
3) is honourable in their actions, ruthless in their fighting
4) giving their new recruits a standard training programme, if not yet, id be willing to help develop and organize one if the fleet leader/high council supports it
none of the fleets ive been in so far meet those requirements, so dont bother unless you changed drastically.
PS: faction doesnt matter much

If you're after all four of those things, then the BSS is really your only option.

Well, I'm not a recruiter so I don't know if I'm getting into trouble here or not, but I believe that HWL might have a spot or two open. We are by far not the biggest fleet around, but you'll find that through out the course of any given day, there are at least 3-5 HWL members playing together and working as a team in the MV.
If teaching new players to play is your thing, then you might also be interested since HWL has no problem recruiting new players, not just Vets with high rank. We have no rank requirements (just activity) and have active and determined members at LC right now, and they weren't that high when they joined. But we are far from a newb fleet, with many high ranking and experienced players as well.
We play Kluth in the MV, and there are some conditions in joining. (If you think FA > MV, you may not be as happy here since HWL members are expected to answer fellow fleet member's summons when there's trouble in the MV)
Anyways, if any of this sounds interesting, you should contact Hitman23 (@1621) for further information or application quieries.

I cant think of ONE Single Fleet who meets all these requirements, i know every single one of them will claim to, But i wouldnt believe it if handed to me on a Golden Plate,
In my opinion, find the one your happiest with, with the best atmosphere about them, and join them
Bansh Out...

the Supervision Army [SVA] recruits only those who we have observed and served with in the FA or we personally know. We had more people, but due to some member's lack of activity, they have been removed from the SVA.
If you wish to join us though, or just want training, private message me and I will help you. I've helped many members of any faction learn how to build, close jump, attack, effective modding of ships, tactics, teamwork strategy and etc.
EDIT: We mainly train you because we need you to be experienced to work on our prime directives with us in the Metaverse. We issue emails concerning SVA motives, plans and news almost every day.
