Hallo everybody. Well, I finally got un permabanned. I hope the administrators don't mind me posting and telling you that. This was my first and main MMOG and it was dear to my heart. I might start playing again if I'm fully sure that it won't interfere with my "Training the mind" practices.
Anyways, hello again everybody. I hope you've all been having a wild time since I'd gone.

LOL that was my idea and Gothug stole it from me. I was permabanned for thinking of such a lame idea when people found out it was me

Which I swear I had no part in. But I think someone here did because there was someone who knew him before foar chan did and that was around the same period. And on the page there's a telling reference. It says "...a total Goth Thug.".

Well, yes, we do need to be interested in politics. At least to the point of understanding our respective political systems and exercising our rights to vote. Also, we definitely, as citizens, need to be informed and able to apply critical reasoning abilities to candidates. As the recent spectacle in the US demonstrates what happens when a society collectively loses it's ability to reason through arguments and how effectively cognitive biases are at being exploited by even the slowest of dimwitted, unscrupulous characters.
However, Darkspace is an online RPG, it is not a platform for debating political positions. As has been repeatedly demonstrated ad nausuem what happens when people engage in political, and especially religious discussions, on the forums. Some zealot will inevitably soak the room in gasoline while the occupants are too busy screaming at each other—with a lethal combination of grammar horrible enough to make kindergartners sob uncontrollably, and unleashing the power of the CAPSLOCK key—to notice someone lazily throwing a lit match into the room while calmly, but swiftly exiting.
Which is precisely why both political, and religious discussions are not allowed.
