Ah I see. 'Wicked' is the appropriate word then!
Still to see this movie...
Anybody rate it?

As part of the Star Trek setting? It's probably going to be crap, just like the first JJtrek movie. As purely an action movie in it's own right? It's probably going to be good.
JJ Abrams should've stuck to Fringe, at least he was good at that.

I think JJTrek was alright. He didn't get the essence of the original Trek, but he did bring it up to date with more humor and action for the mainstream crowd. The original Trek is admittedly a little stodgy and long in the tooth.
Even my girlfriend who's decidedly NOT a sci-fi fan (barring BSG... but she watches that because she loves the characters, and not the sci-fi setting) loves JJTrek. Well, she likes Chris Pine's, Zac Quinto's and Karl Urban's portrayal of the characters.
It's a fun reboot.

That's what I mean. It's decidedly un-trek, but it's still a decent movie on it's own.
