According to scientist there exists an infinite number of parallel universes with infinite possibilities. If this is true, then in this infinite universe, everything is possible. If everything is possible, then its also possible that these infinite possibilities are not restricted to our timeline. If all the above is true, then everything you did ever or will ever imagine is already happening in one of those infinite universes. If that is true; then did you even imagine it at all? Or have I discovered the seventh sence?
Just a thought that came to me while i was watching promithius wishing i had my 16 dollors back and my 2hrs.

only those things which have more than a 0 possibility can happen in one of those parallel universes. things like varying laws of physics (including time lines and time travel to past, and intermixing of timelines of different parallel universes) would not happen.
and yes, prometheus sucks. luckily the trailer was a warning sufficient for me.
after star trek (2009) i lost hope in western space fiction movies anyway.

Actually it's not true that things that would bend or break the known laws of physics couldn't happen in another universe, if they were structured differently than ours then there's nothing preventing them from being completely different to anything we would think.

scifi or syfy if you prefere. just isn't how they made it. problem is they no longer listen to critics, only to sales figures, and apparently we all get sucked in to watch it..
anyhow, about parallel universes. Ask any math professor to prove and disprove if Negative Infinity exists. Should keep you and him busy for a few hours..

would that mean, instead of traveling through time, we would travel to another universe which is sometime in the past ?
thank god, cause that wouldnt mess with the whole action-reaction problem
you know... traveling into the past to make something not to happen, eliminates the reason to go back in time and itll happen
so you go back in time to make it not to happen, but because of this it'll happen so you gi back in time...
