Same, and I've been waiting now for months. It's not looking too good now, and I might be passing it up in favor of an i7 when the new SB is released and current prices drop.

Nice computer. What's it replacing? If it's like mine it's replacing an ancient relic that's beginning to fail and gets texture tearing playing even older games like Morrowind.

It is replacing a Inspirion Zino HD... It has served me well and it is time to move on. I may upgrade this again at a later date but after doing more research on the componants I have learned there are more powerfull parts for this build for the same price.

But I am sticking with what I have... I think compatability is a good thing.

Good for you. Mine's an old Athlon 64 3200+. 1 gig RAM and raedon 9600xt. It's AGP and it's now starting to fail, so yeah I need a new everything but monitor and sound card.

It's lasted me something like 7 years though, and since I'm not a big time gamer I can buy a good one now and have it last a very long time.

First of all : you are buying Amd ->

COOLER MASTER Intel Core i7 compatible V10 Hybrid TEC RR-B2P-UV10-GP 120mm CPU Cooler

Secondly, Your mobo is AM3+, which means you can install any bulldozer chip on it whenever it is avaleable. So instant of buying 1100T x6 you could buy 950 X6 and save 100 dolar for amd x8.

and what about OCZ Agility 2 OCZSSD2-2AGT100G 2.5" 100GB SATA II MLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)? Are you going to build a server ? Save afew hundreds bucks there ..
