I thought I'd mention this great book series I've been reading... I've finished 5 books so far, and the 6th and final book in the series is due out in April...

http://www.amazon.com/Dauntless-Lost-Fleet-Book-1/dp/0441014186/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1269617618&sr=8-2

This is pretty easy reading and I've really enjoyed all of these books. I don't claim to be a literary genius, so some of you might be harsher critics of his writing. I personally enjoyed the book and the story kept me reading, it took me about a week and half to read all of them.

Well I see that it got a comment from Elizabeth Moon on the cover. That is a good sign. I'll have to remember them.

I highly recommend David Weber's ongoing Honor Harrington series myself for any who like military scifi. So far I have read everyone of the Honorverse novels and have never been disappointed. They can get pretty deep though, with many historical referances, a good amount of politics, and physics...

20 euros, four books (Victorious doesn't ship from these guys) and free shipping to the Netherlands. I use them and I can vouch for 'em. They pull through. Usually ships within 3-7 business days, too.
