So I have a few MP3's with inconsistant file names or missing/bad meta-tags (so much for using some of the shareware programs for ripping my CD's)...

I was looking for software that would automatically go through and compare your files and figure out what they are and fix them automatically, or as many as they can. I know the music industry uses hashes to determine what a song is over file sharing sites so there has to be companys out there with access to simular databases.

I tried Tidysongs which requires Adobe Air to work and while it said it was working on stuff, its accuracy rate was horrible and even when it said it was fixing things, it never actually changed anything.

Been trying TuneUp Media and it seems to work reasonably well. Just wondering what everyone else is using...

I do it all manually, for the sake of being a loser.
