I saw that nasa gave to green for a international space port, i lost the post from the internet so i had to go find one and i finally remembered to put it up here. i think This is the right page.

Wasn't the Kennedy Space center classified as a "Spaceport" already ?
O, and not to mention at kennedy's they have a weekly cover about all sorts of ongoing activities, called "spaceport news". here(4mb pdf) the latest edition of 9th January.
